Một đô thị luôn mong những gì cũng thật đồ sộ và hùng vĩ để "sánh vai cường quốc năm châu", nhưng chính thói quen của người dân lại đi ngược lại điều ấy. Họ thích những gì bé xinh, nhỏ và thu gọn trong một góc nào đó, luồn lách và có khuynh hướng thu mình vào trong, vào bên trong họ lại phô bày vẻ đẹp, người SaiGon nói chuyện vui thân mật thế thôi nhưng hẳn thân và gần gũi thật sự họ mới phơi bày con người thật. Nhìn từ bên ngoài, những khu phố, những con đường, những lõi dân cư dường như thật bình dị và lặng lẽ nhưng khi đi vào bên trong sự nhộn nhịp của các hoạt động tập trung như mở ra một thế giới khác, như nội tâm con người, a, đây mới là SaiGon.

The Government always want to develope SaiGon like an second Singapore with skyscrapers and big plazas in such an ancient area. But, they are maybe not the way the Saigonese want. You can tell just by looking at the way theY live. Saigonese is weird as same as the place they live. They can just meet you yesterday, and today they laugh with you like you guys being friends for long time. But please don't misunderstand. Only the person that they are actually closed with, they will show the different aspect of them. Same as the city urban. Looking from the outside is may be stunning and beautiful in the neon light but when you walk in any inner space of SaiGon, you would find a different aspect of them. They can have both good and bad things, but they are real.
